If your product was damaged during shipping or does not function properly, we will happily replace it OR give you a refund at no additional cost. Customer Return Fees
We don't ever charge customer return fees. We also do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Window
Returns are allowed for up to 30 days, from the delivery date.

Seasonal Overrides
Any product that is ordered between November 1 and December 25 may be returned until January 31 of the following year.
